Our interview process
We are looking for an easy to read overview about your past experiences - where, when, how long, and what you've achieved. Don't worry about gaps and feel free to include a few fun facts about yourself.
Around 30 minutes - Let's get to know each other a little better. We will introduce you to the company and tell you more about the position. You give us a short rundown of anything that we can't see on your CV followed by a Q&A.
Personal interview day
We want to figure out how you will respond to the challenges that you will come by in the position. There are 3+ steps to this depending on the team you want to join: A case study, expert talk with focus on experience and knowledge, unique perspective talk with focus on values and team work and a final talk with Philippe - our Managing Director.
You will have a pre-scheduled feedback talk with your recruiter. We will discuss how you could do better in future interviews, hear what you have to say about our process and - ideally - announce the decision.
